study destination among international students. An increasing number of
Norwegian Universities and University Colleges are offering Bachelor’s and
Master’s Programs in English. It is one of the few remaining countries in the
world where tuition fee is free for everyone including international students.
The Norwegian Government also offers scholarship programs to cover living costs
in Norway.
Study in Norway no says
Norwegian state Universities and state University Colleges as a rule do not
charge tuition fees for International students. However students will need to
pay a semester fee of NOK 300-600 ($50-100) each semester. This is applicable
for all levels including undergraduate’s studies, Master Programs and Ph.D.
Programs. Note that some state Universities and University Colleges may have
tuition fees for new specialized programs. Typically these programs are at the
Master’s level.
Most private institutions
charge tuition fees for all their programs and courses. But the fees are
usually significantly lower than those of comparable studies in most other
countries. Also foreign students don’t pay higher tuition fees than Norwegian
students.
